Formula Growth Mutual Fund
This Fund seeks to achieve long-term capital growth through capital appreciation by investing the Portfolio primarily in U.S. equity securities of small to medium capitalization U.S. companies judged by the Manager to have above-average growth potential or to be undervalued.
Other than investing in U.S. equity securities of small to medium capitalization U.S. companies, the Fund can invest up to 30% of the Portfolio in bonds, non-U.S. equity securities and equity securities of large capitalization U.S. companies where it sees attractive opportunities or for purposes of diversification and seeking other capital growth opportunities.

Security Selection
Formula Growth employs a bottom-up security selection method supplemented by a number of quantitative and qualitative analytical tools in the process of identifying investment opportunities which it believes are superior. The Fund will invest in equity securities of U.S. growth companies with management teams that Formula Growth identifies as outstanding, have strong brand identity or prospects, have a dedicated customer focus, and have a record of demonstrated financial performance.
In growth investing, Formula Growth believes that diversification is critical. Formula Growth will employ significant diversification in the Portfolio by holding a relatively large number of stocks. This ensures that the risk of any particular security to the overall portfolio is predetermined and can be effectively managed over time.
