Alexa Dorsainville joined Formula Growth Ltd in July 2015. She is the Vice President, Finance and Compliance, and also the Chief Privacy Officer. She is responsible for the financial reporting of the Firm’s subsidiaries and of the offshore funds managed by the Firm. She is also responsible for managing the Firm’s compliance, working directly with the Chief Compliance Officer.
Prior to joining Formula Growth Ltd, Alexa worked as an auditor at PwC and later Bois Montpetit, where she gained more than 5 years of experience. Alexa has a trilingual Bachelor of Business Administration diploma from HEC Montreal, with a specialization in Public Accounting. She holds the CPA designation.
